IREX is pleased to announce another round of the Public Affairs Section of the US Embassy in Armenia funded Public Service Fellowship Program (PSFP). Administered by IREX, PSFP is a grant that provides a monthly stipend to awardees to increase the motivation of USG alumni in working for Ministries or public/state Academic Institutions in Armenia. NOTE APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON A ROLLING BASIS! In order to further the goals of United States Government programs, PSFP aims to involve USG alumni from Armenia in the public service sector in their home communities, utilizing the training and education they received in the United States as well as to encourage alumni to contribute to under-funded Ministries or Academic Institutions in need of their skills and expertise. USG alumni who meet the eligibility requirements listed below may receive a stipend of up to $800 per month for one year for full time work in Ministries or up to $500 for one semester to work as a Lecturer at an Academic Institution while remaining committed to public service work in their home communities. Current students can also apply for a full-time summer internship (two month commitment in the summer) or a part-time internship (six month commitment).
